Return Policy

Rathi Creations not only does provide style and substance to occasions and events of life but our main motto lies is to deliver you best in all budgets, styles, fabrics and colors and maintain long term relationships with our customers. But sometimes due to some reasons you require to return your goods. In that case some terms and conditions apply.

Our policy forbids the return if the item is customized. The customized items cannot be returned.

Our best efforts lies in matching the ordered items in case of colors etc but sometimes some variations may occur due to monitor settings or photography etc. So once you are shopping with Rathi Creations you need to be aware of slight color variations may occur.  

Your ordered products cannot be returned on the following grounds like color, choice or handwork. Customers cannot return a product over any price issues or delivery charges as they themselves have confirmed it.

The cost of the product return will be deducted from the purchase price. On cancellation of the order 10% will be deducted from the price.   

You are not eligible to return the used products and products are to be returned in their original packaging only.

Once we receive our products without any wear or tear and are being passed by our quality control department, your money will be refunded as soon as possible.
