Our charges and policy are very fair and clear, to make you enjoy the convenient delivery at your doorstep.

We calculate your shipping and delivery dates after you place your order. After placing your order you will be able to see both shipping and delivery date in the email which is sent to you at the confirmation of your order.  You can easily see these details in your account showing the complete order summary.

The maximum time taken in the shipment includes 21 days after the confirmation of the order. In some rare and special cases it may take 5-6 weeks. Lot of care is taken in packaging of the ordered goods in order to loss in transict. All our orders are delivered within approximately 5 working days after shipment.  

As soon as the goods are dispatched and handed to the courier company from our side, an shipment confirmation email is been sent to the customers bringing in their knowledge that their order is been shipped.

Rathi Creations is very fare and clear in calculating your shipping and delivery charges. The rates are being calculated according to the weight of the products. Larger the size of your order less will be the calculated shipping rates.

The shipping cost of ordered items varies with the options you choose. If you choose to group items into a single shipment as possible, you will be charged for one regular per-shipment fee as well as per -item fee for each item in the shipment.

If you choosing to ship the items as soon as they become available, we will charge you full per shipment fees for each shipment as well as per item fee for each item.

Once the products are left from our premises, all damages and lost items during transit, lost or stolen packages left at customer's address and any others damage will be borne by the customer only.

Kindly make sure that there is someone at your doorstep to receive the order else your shipments will be left at your door steps. Our courier agents will not be able to provide sign confirmation in such cases.
